. . . been having a bit of fun making this 'softie' guitar over the last couple of days, after being nudged by a family friend to make one. It was a fun project and I'm now on a second one in a different plaid/check tweed. I'm planning to make a set of three in readiness for the Hebridean Celtic Festival which starts on the 15th July, next week. I like these spontaneous 'tweedie' happenings, as a result of a little nudge in the right direction! 'Teenage Son' was on hand to give technical direction where required : )

that is great! so many people could buy that and it can be given to kids if a person doesn't want them wrecking the controller but the kids would still feel like they are playing. well done :D
Great work!! :)
These are fabulous! I love what you've done. (Was it nice to take a break from critters and do something so different? I find sometimes switching gears gets the creativity flowing anew.)
Cool - these are great :)
Great to try something different - this one's really QUIET, unlike 'teenage son's' one!! Should try and switch them :)
Alison, that guitar looks great! I bet children would love to 'play it'!
Oh...Alison..you have done it again...too cute!
LOVE this guitar! My daughter will go wild when she sees it! :) K
We saw one of these somewhere around the town over the last few days, my N loved it and there were other people admiring it when we were.....great idea!
