All the Greens
Ooops, two posts in quick succession - just a quick snapshot of work in progress today. All the greens, part of a custom order, and handsewing - my favourite!
I can't see too much green today. Yesterday I thought spring was really coming. But today everything is covered in a huge layer of snow again. Blegh. So thanks for the greens, love those! :-)
Yes, green is such a welcome colour. Especially after this winter. It may be a dino to you Alison, but to me it's Spring!! We have such a grey day here.

Welcome!
Welcome to my crafty blog. I hope to keep you up to date from time to time with some new products, features and ideas in progress, little snippets of inspiration. Occasionally some pretty pictures of the Outer Hebrides, and a dash of family life thrown in for good measure!
I work predominantly with Harris Tweed, intermingled with any other pretty fabrics I happen to come across.
I also love to dabble in embroidery, crochet, knitting, handsewing . . . .
I'm a 'crafty-nut' basically with a passion for domestic, traditional crafts :)
Married with two children (boys), living in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. Art School drop-out from 'way back when . . . .'
Harris Tweed rekindled my creative tendencies, and I haven't looked back since.
I would love to have your comments on my crafty musings from the Outer Hebrides - thanks! Alison :)

Ah, green, my favorite. You're quite a tease with all these close-up mystery shots lately! :)
